This class is developed to help train and equip those desiring to become leaders. We will study what leadership is and the importance of applying God’s word to our lives to help judge our motives for wanting to be a leader . God still puts the utmost importance on character today as He always has.

3. WHAT GOD REQUIRES IN A LEADER. In this lesson we will discuss what God requires in a leader and why He requires what He does.

4. THREE LEADERS IN THE BIBLE. In this lesson we will study the lives of three leaders. We will study what they did wrong and what they did right. We learn how to be the leader God can use.

5. CAN I BE A LEADER? We will study some questions to determine our motives for wanting to be leaders and we will learn how to develop other leaders.

1. COMPLETE ALL WORKSHEETS AND READING ASSIGNMENTS: A worksheet and reading assignment will be given for each week. These are to be completed and handed back in the following week. These will count for 25% of your final grade. Failure to complete the reading assignment constitutes failure to complete the worksheet. Failure to complete a worksheet constitutes a final grade of I (Incomplete) for the class.

2. TEST: This will be over all the materials covered in this class, and will count for 75% of your final grade.

3. READ THE BOOK: “Who Is Ready For A Spiritual Promotion” by Rick Renner. Failure to read the book will result in a 10-point reduction of your final grade.
